At The Mage Home, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our products and our refund process.

Shipping Policy

We ship to all locations within India and Worldwide.

Shipping Timeframe: We aim to deliver your orders in India within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or public holidays.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping to all our orders within India.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

Return Policy

At The Mage Home, we want you to love your purchases as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is here to assist you.

1. Damaged Merchandise: We carefully pack our products and love to ensure they reach you safely. However, due to any possible reasons if the product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will address and resolve the issue promptly.

2. Returns: We offer return as a service within 7 days post-delivery of the item. Please clearly specify the items you wish to return. 

  • a) Return Process: Returns are processed free of charge. We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep. Once the return is processed, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
  • b) Return Limitations: We reserve the right to deny a return or charge a fee if multiple returns are initiated from the same account.

3. Unserviceable Pin Codes: In rare cases, the reverse pickup may be unserviceable by our courier partners. If this occurs, the return can only be processed once the pin code becomes serviceable again.

4. Tampered Packages: While incidents of missing products or theft during transit are extremely rare, if you suspect tampering, please contact The Mage Home team via email or WhatsApp immediately and take a video before opening the package. If you receive an SMS confirming delivery but have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Delays: The Mage Home uses third-party courier services and is not liable for shipping delays. We provide an estimated delivery timeframe and will offer the best support to ensure timely delivery. For time-sensitive orders, please contact our customer support team for more information.

6. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 4 hours of placement. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if refused upon delivery. For prepaid orders, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs in both directions.

7. Return Processing Time: We aim to process all returns within 10 days. For any questions regarding your return, please contact The Mage Home Care team at themagehome@gmail.com.

8. Return Approval: Return requests must be approved before processing. The Mage Home Care team will review and respond to your return request within 48 hours of submission.

9. Dispute Resolution: We strive to resolve all disputes amicably. However, if a dispute cannot be resolved despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction will be Jaipur, India.

10. Artisanal Products: For our handmade and artisanal products, slight variations in texture, color, and size are natural and not considered defects. These unique characteristics add to the charm and individuality of each piece.

11. Bulk & Customized Orders: The above policy does not apply to bulk or customized orders. Returns for such orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

12. Repeated Returns: The Mage Home reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order. All returns and quality checks are subject to our discretion, but rest assured, we want the best for your home!

13. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you have to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
